From Vision To Reality

Late Jayesh Shah, our founder, transitioned from a successful banking career in the late '80s to entrepreneurship with a simple philosophy: Customer service is the heart of every business. Frustrated with rigid job structures and inspired by the growing demand for telecommunication, he built this company brick by brick with service at its core.

 

His son, Niket Shah, joined in 2010, bringing a fresh wave of software innovation, automation, and future-ready technologies. Under his leadership, the company continues to expand, staying aligned with the company’s "Win-Win-Win" philosophy — for the customer, the company, and the team.
